The Map of ACTV Line 14

Line 14 connects the mainland to the peninsula near Punta Sabbioni, Venice, and the Lido. This line is particularly important to three groups:

Campers staying on the Cavallino Peninsula who take Line 14 to Burano in the summer.
The people who live on the Punta Sabbioni peninsula and commute to Venice for work every day.
Day-trippers from the Adriatic coast (Jesolo, Caorle, etc.) who visit Venice for a day trip.

The „small“ boats on Line 14

ACTV operates two types of boats. The slightly smaller type, which can accommodate 400 passengers, is shown here in the picture.

The „large“ boats on Line 14

This large type of boat can accommodate up to 1,200 passengers and, as you can see in the picture, features an upper panoramic deck. From there, you’ll have a magnificent view of the lagoon and the Venice skyline. You’ll be thrilled!

ACTV Line 14 at Punta Sabbioni

Pictured here is the bus stop at Punta Sabbioni. Line 14 is, of course, operated by ACTV. All tickets—both single-ride and multi-day tickets—are valid on this route as well.

The boats always depart on the hour and on the half-hour. The trip to Venice takes 35 minutes. In the morning and afternoon, an additional Line 15 runs directly between Venice and Punta Sabbioni to provide extra service. Line 15 does NOT stop at the Lido.

Burano

In the summer, Line 14 coming from Venice doesn't just go as far as Punta Sabbioni. It continues on to Burano.

The ACTV Vaporetto Ticket

You can already order tickets for single trips (€9.50 per person per trip) or the affordable multi-day tickets online. This will save you from having to wait in line at the ticket counters.

The most important gateway for all vacationers heading to the Adriatic:
Take a boat from Punta Sabbioni right into the heart of Venice.
