The Popular Island Tour to Murano and Burano
On this private boat tour, you'll explore Venice's three famous neighboring islands: Murano, Burano, and Torcello. The 4-hour tour first takes you past the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, then you’ll cruise along the Gardini Pubblici, Venice’s public park, passing Isola St. Elena on your right and the Lido—the lagoon’s famous beach destination—on your left. The first stop takes you to Murano, the island of Venice’s world-famous glassblowing workshops. There, you’ll visit one of the countless glassworks and witness the artistry of the glassblowers at work.
Burano
The next stop is the charming island of Burano, with its famous fishermen's cottages painted in bright, vibrant colors and its lace-making workshops.
Torcello
You can take the 2-island tour of Murano and Burano, or the 3-island tour, which also includes a visit to Torcello. The island of Torcello awaits you with its magnificent cathedral and the historic Church of Santa Fosca, both of which bear witness to Venice’s glorious history.
